We highly recommend these guys, they are a real pleasure to work with. So professional & friendly, both the office staff & the drivers. We hire a skip which they collect, empty & return very quickly. They even customised the closed top skip for our needs; nothing is too much trouble for them. Their invoicing is straight forward & cheap. Be careful with these guys. On one occasion they tried to charge me for scratching the skip...seriously...a scratch! Then on another occasion at the end of a series of skips when I asked them to collect the last one they then said they were going to charge me for over filling. There were no doors or boards increasing the side heights and I really thought the driver was joking. I have been using skip companies all over southern England for over 30 years and I had never encountered a driver saying it is over loaded, especially when there were no boards on the side. I do believe that they have a policy of making a bit extra when you are not requesting a replacement skip. Be careful.

Very poor service did not return my change called 3 different occasions to get advice on which skip to hire was told 2 different prices they took some stuff out of the skip despite one of the men saying it would all fit wanted 70 to remove the few items taken out called the manager who said only one of my calls was recorded and that I told the driver to keep the change ! Feel very cheated
