    Went into store to choose a new sofa, selected a sofa “Paige” and had it delivered, it was delivered Wednesday, It is unsuitable for us and extremely uncomfortable, it seems different to the show model in branch for some reason. I phoned Friday requesting a refund and was told I’d need to email, so I emailed and received a call today, informing me the refund has been refused! Despite their policy of “satisfied or refund” and the 14 days policy, the sofa is unused in the same condition it was delivered in, disgusting customer service, I have done a report today to trading standards and done a charge back with the bank to try and get some of the money back. I would not recommend these cow boys, quality of the sofas are extremely poor for the prices, stick with the big boys like DFS, Sofology. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, let’s hope I’m able to recuperate some of the costs I’ve now lost with these cowboys.
