Absolutely disgusting customer service experience. Being stared at like I'm in the wrong for wanting to get a service that was a quick simple job,in an out u wud think. "BUT NO" 30 MINS LATER NOTHING DONE .. they posted a parcel bk to the customer an then began to stare at us like we was in the wrong an then told me to go else where if u don't like it, I lost my cool an left wiv a few kind words exchanged on the way out, do ur self a favour, "DO NOT GO THERE"

Absolutely appalling customer service. Despite queuing and explaining that we had limited time and had to get to my dads funeral, staff did not appear to care. It was not busy but staff proceeded to take calls and make us wait. They also gave us an incorrect quote and despite the circumstances made us wait longer whilst he asked us to work out the correct cost as his colleague had worked it out wrong (increased quote). We just kept asking for a quote so we could get what we needed and leave but we ended up cancelling the order. Words cannot describe how insensitive and poor the service was. I told one staff member I was going to add a poor review and she advised she didn’t care as they were a private branch. Avoid it if you can!

Nobody in there except myself, waited nearly 10 minutes to get served! The woman kept me waiting whilst she was faffing around. Rather go to hawne Lane which is further away from me.

Great if you like queueing, avoid if you're into a good customer experience with friendly staff. Never has quite enough people serving as there should be. Full of customers shaking their heads, tutting and grumbling because of the permanent queue. Always has people coming in, seeing the queue, turning around and going back out. As many have said, as the main PO of a town, Halesowen deserves better.
