Poor service. I required a document for insurance and they put someone else’s information on the documents making a disclosure. They then denied this

I am about to take my son to hospital his face and eye are now swelling up rand 111 they sent him to a pharmacist that sent him away and now this surgery has sent him away in an awe full condition, who do the receptionist staff think they are, you can stand by for the outcome.

Amazing doctors. They can identify the cause of a house-bound 93 year-old's pain by a simple phone call. When it turns out they were wrong they quite simply issue a prescription. However, when a referral letter is required they will deal with it at their leisure because "referral letters are not considered an urgent matter. I'll remind the doctor; probably tomorrow". Outrageous behaviour! How are they allowed to get away with this? UPDATE: 14 days later, yes TWO WEEKS, and apparently a letter should be sent today. Look forward to reading the contents of that as still no so-called healthcare professional has actually seen this lady who remains in pain. UPDATE: 17 months on ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

I feel fortunate to have been a patient here for many years. I can't understand the low rating. Recently in hospital the doctor said he couldn't recall anyone else with something good to say about their surgery. Again, I find them excellent

Use to be a very good Practice with some great Doctors. Unfortunately they have left and moved on. If you can get to see one of the main GPs then your lucky, as they are really good and established.

They basically refused nhs review because the complaint I brought against them wasn’t complete , reason being was the gp idea of advice is to use phone app although I was there in person , and no reason at all rude receptionist complaint also never sorted out . Like every other gp can’t get appointments

Rang surgery 2/12, 50 minutes holding on, was told I'd get a phone call 12.15 3/12 didn't happen. Went into surgery 5/12 to find out what happened, no record of my phone call. Asked to see Gp told January 2023. Why is this happening, waiting room was nearly empty, receptionist yawning and disinterested.

When you can make numerous phone calls thought out the day and 3 visits in the practice to be told your prescription hasn't been signed yet by the doctor and on the last phone call to find out the prescription was refused the day before! I was told inexperienced staff and should of been told., but i know the one wasn't.They have stopped taking online messages and can't book on patient access any longer either! This would of highlighted the issue The practice manager apologised and tried for me to talk to a G.P and the G.P refused! They couldn't, no wouldnt talk for a treage 2 minute call after that going on the whole day ,they made a mistake and still showed not willing to help. Sad to say but thats poor care. If a practice wants to send you somewhere else it shows it's not coping or just can't be bothered. I felt the latter. A verbal complaint was made but goes nowhere so have had no choice to put on here.
