Overall, we have been very happy with the experience of care at the Halesowen Day Nursery. Our daughter attended this nursery for three years until she started school. Communication with parents has been effective. Consistency of key carer has been a great bonus as our daughter was able to build a bond with each of them moving through the groups. Meals have been prepared daily on the premises, so another advantage. They have a nice outdoor space for children to play and activities like yoga and multi skills added to the variety for the little ones. We would highly recommend Halesowen Day Nursery to anyone considering.

A wonderfully warm and caring nursery. My daughter has been here from a few months old and will shortly be leaving to start school. The staff have always gone above and beyond to meet my child's individual needs and management are always in regular contact. The food is all home cooked and the activites are really well thought out and stimulating.

We are delighted with the nursery and would recommended it to other parents. The staff have responded exceptionally to our son's needs. These include a no sugar diet and regular cream application for his eczema. Throughout our son's time at the nursery his personal development has been rapid. He has been given the platform to make strong and great relationships. At the route of this is his confidence. Our son is now a very confident boy that has really grown since starting with the nursery. He is able to communicate with us using the Baby Sign that is taught at nursery and when we requested a print out of some of the signs he had learnt, the nursery accessed the relevant paperwork quickly. Baby Sign is now part of our daily routine. This has really developed our son and I firmly believe this is helping with his speech development. We are delighted!

We are extremely happy with our experience of Halesowen Day Nursery. Our son settled better than I ever expected due to the nursery teachers quickly understanding his personality and putting him at ease. He never cries when we drop him at nursery and is very excited to be going. He has thrived developmentally since he started nursery and his confidence has improved. They provide a good variety of healthy meals which has improved my son’s eating habits immensely and made him much more willing to try new foods. My son has had some medical problems but nothing has phased the staff and they have responded well to any changes I have requested to his care. I would thoroughly recommend Halesowen Day Nursery.

My wife and I would just like to share our experience of the excellent care Halesowen Day Nursery has provided our two children. We chose Halesowen Day nursery from other establishments in the local area as we believed it would provide them the best EYFS experience. We are certainly not disappointed. All the staff we have spoken to are very welcoming and friendly. The children settled in there and made new friends in a remarkably short period of time. Parent communication is always very good, with regular newsletters, daily feedback during collection time, parents’ evenings and individual electronic learning journey updates (including photo observations). The staff have always responded well to questions and requests. Both verbal and written communication has always been clear and professional. The children are well supported in a safe and nurturing environment and staff frequently go above and beyond to ensure the children are given the upmost care, attention, encouragement and emotional warmth. The staff use entirely age appropriate sanctions to enforce boundaries. Accidents and injuries are always recorded and fed back to parents. The environment is clean and well maintained, and the nursery has a range of high-quality educational resources and play equipment. The nursery has recently refurbished their outdoor play area and we feel they have done a wonderful job. Our children both love playing with the equipment. The activities are very stimulating, plentiful and creative. Our children have developed a real sense of pride in their work. The nursery is operated very efficiently and professionally, and we have no doubt the management team have high expectation of their team. As parents, it is nice to see they acknowledge the hard work and achievements of their staff though recognition such as the ‘employee of the month’ nomination, which is a lovely idea. The progress our children have made has been excellent and we certainly attribute a large proportion of this to the outstanding level of support the nursery has provided. Our daughter was well prepared for primary school and the transition has been very smooth. This was quite surprising for a child who, until recently, has really struggled with change. She has developed so much confidence over the last year. In summary, we have a very positive opinion of Halesowen Day Nursery and would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family. I really hope you have the opportunity to witness the same commitment and dedication to the children’s development we see routinely at Halesowen Day Nursery.

From the first day we went to visit the nursery, we felt relaxed and comfortable. Sarah and all her staff made us feel they would look after our daughter like they would their own children. Its so hard to decide on a nursery and to let someone else look after your baby but the staff here made it as easy as it could be. The facilities are lovely and engaging, there are lots of daily activities to keep the children busy and learning, and they promote being outdoors. Most importantly, the childen are happy. I would highly recommend this nursery.
