Highly recommend Halesowen dance academy. Nikki is super professional and has a fantastic rapport with her students. My 21 year old has attended since the age of 5 and our more recently born 6 year old also now attends and loves it! Even during the recent covid lockdown students continued the lessons online via zoom and Nikki out her absolute all into each lesson despite being confined to a small room at home rather than a dance studio. They have the opportunity to do exams and also shows which are always really enjoyable and great fun for the kids taking part.

My daughters have danced with HDA for 7 years and love it. As a parent I've really appreciated how each child is treated as an individual and positively encouraged rather than unhelpfully pushed. The girls love the mix of exams, shows and just having fun enjoying dance. A few years ago I even joined the adult tap group which has been great! Nikki is an inspiring, patient and enthusiastic teacher.

Nikki is a fabulous dance teacher, she gives her students so much confidence and sense of achievement with no pressure. My daughter first started when she was 4, she absolutely loved her classes, Halesowen Dance Academy dancing at the Hippodrome was a highlight! Nikki has given her students the opportunity to be involved with other local dance shows as well as putting on her own. Four years ago I joined her for Adult Tap, it's absolutely brilliant and would highly recommend Halesowen Dance Academy for adults too. Nikki is a 100% fantastic teacher and truly makes everyone welcome. Thanks Nikki ☺️

She has been able to work towards her Rainbow awards and has always passed with distinction, thanks to Nikki's teaching. HDA is a fabulous dance school. My daughter started with ballet as a 3 year old and absolutely loved it, she then went on to do ballet, modern and tap and even did an exam or two! Nikki is a wonderful teacher, kind and caring with all of her students, she gets the very best out of them and makes it fun! I also joined the adult tap class which has been a great experience and the energy and fun is definitely good for our health!

I have been dancing at HDA since I was 3 years old, now almost 16 I am still loving every second of it, there is no other way I would rather spend my weekends. I started doing ballet, tap and modern and started contemporary a couple of years ago. I am currently studying GCSE Dance with Nikki as well. She is an incredible teacher, who is caring, friendly and approachable but is still firm when she needs to be, Nikki brings the best out of each of her pupils. Nikki helps all of her family pupils improve their skills from every ability. Dance has became a big part of my life, thanks to Nikki’s help my confidence has improved tremendously. Along with this I have made some life long friends, I would highly recommend HDA.
