I ordered a part only a small part battery strap and holder only to be told once my order arrived that I needed to order both parts,but both parts are pictured together and have the same product code and description. The person I spoke to on the phone wasn’t very helpful. So won’t be getting my custom any more as I’m just starting out with a touring caravan they might have lost a very valuable client/ customer..

I part exchanged my old motorhome for a small second-hand caravan. Martin gave me a great deal and even found me a free awning, and other accessories. He let me leave the van in the yard until I had found a site, again for no extra charge. Very helpful and trustworthy. Can definitely recommend.
