Visited Audi Halesowen this morning to get a rattling sound fixed which was coming from rear left passenger side which I was struggling to understand for so many days. I was confident it should be fixed under the manufacturer warranty as the car is pretty new. Upon arriving there, I had a warm welcome from Audi Halesowen and one of their Master Technicians, Simon Hopscroft, got into my car without any delay to take a note of the rattling/rolling sound. Within half a minute of drive he identified the issue - it was noise coming from a rolling marble that had rolled/gone into the vent under the front passenger seat. We parked the car safely on a quiet side road where he removed the carpets and the vent under the front passenger seat and removed the rolling marble within a few minutes and off I went - surely after dropping him back at the Audi garage :) I had it fixed instantly, free of charge, although it wasn't Audi's fault at all. Someone in my car would have rolled it under Thank you very much to all the team members at Audi, you have a very happy customer and will recommend Audi Halesowen's service to others as well.

The staff are great I didn't ask the name of the lovely lady at the main desk but as I had to wait for the service I wasn't looking forward to it but she was wonderful. And Robert was amazing to talk with when it was time to hand over the keys .
