We had a very good experience with iClimate. We got multiple split AC units installed in our house (Daikin). The service was very smooth and professional, right from the initial survey with Adam, through to order finalisation and then to the actual installation. Would like to give a special mention to the installation team - they did a really neat job, and were super polite and helpful. There was a slight hiccup wherein one of the units that was delivered was the wrong model, but that was quickly rectified by the team. The entire process from: home visit for the initial quote, over to agreeing to moving forward, installation, after care were impeccable. Big thank you to Adam and the team on the ground and also back office for having been there every step in the process. The team is very knowledgeable in terms of AC technical specification and not only they provided building advice around the positioning of the units and how to best maximize the AC potential throughout the house. Excellent service and work from Adam and the team. We had a fairly non-standard request and Adam was very creative and thoughtful and providing options to us. In the end we got the perfect solution and it was all installed as expected and everything was hassle free. Very pleased with the outcome and all set for summer. Absolutely awful . Have never encountered such unprofessionalism. first appointment on Friday 17th June had to be rescheduled to the next day because they were running late. Next day Adam (who alleges he owns the business ) didn't show up but promised to be with us first thing on Monday No show on Monday but promised faithfully he would be with us at 1pm today (Wednesday) . I called him at 1.41pm and he said he was sorry I was under the impression he was coming. and that he had "forgotten" about us. He subsequently admitted he had promised to come at 1pm but then started ranting when I asked him what time he was in fact going to come. It would be funny if we didn't have an emergency . Very poor service in fact I can't remember ever being treated so badly . have given 1 star because this review cannot be posted without a star. 0/10

The iclimate team did a phenomenal job replacing two Daikin systems that were 10 years old. I shopped around for the right provider as it wasn’t a straight forward job. Adam came up with the most accurate and also creative solution. Dan installed it to perfection. I was impressed by the level of care and precision. Amy was very responsive and professional. I have used iClimate to install three air conditioning units throughout the house. The first contact was very professional and friendly, although not on time. I did not expect what will come next at all. I asked if they can do an installation in a few weeks time because I had someone come in and redo the whole bathroom in a few days. They said they can do this before the bathroom and it will take just 3 days. In reality it took six days and a bit more. During the installation they installed one of the units in a different place than agreed, which meant it had to be reinstalled. They also drilled through the water pipe, which according to them was in an "unexpected" place below the boiler and above the water tap. They did fix the leak though. Once they run out of toilet paper that was in the house they started using something else and that blocked the toilet. I've spent all weekend trying to unblock the toilet they've blocked (I wasn't living in the house so it definitely wasn't me). They gave me a pack of loo rolls as an apology. I don't know if it was supposed to be some kind of a joke or not. As I said the installation took twice as long as estimated. Their estimates were almost never true. The units were finally installed though and they worked fine for a little under a year. Now one of them broke and the pump had to be replaced. They've sent someone to check it and they disconnected the pump. I was told that the new pump will arrive in a week or so. It's now almost three weeks later and after multiple emails they graciously agreed to come and fix the disconnected pump by installing a new one. However, this morning I've received a text message that they won't come to fix it because an incorrect pump was sent and they didn't check it before today. Another week has passed and they scheduled another visit. This time they even forgot to tell me that they won't come to fix the pump and I had to again reach out for updates. The pump is still not fixed. So, all in all, you can go with iClimate but expect many problems along the way, definitely lots of delays and poor communication from time to time. The units were installed and they did work, so that's why I left two stars instead of one. Services: A/C system repair, Install AC
