The front line reception team are efficient, friendly and courteous. Dr Saira Khan is an excellent dentist who is very professional, friendly and approachable which puts you at ease. Well firstly the director lies. More interested in people buying her Costa coffee than her patients appointments being on time. Not treated with dignity as she walks into the procedure room without knocking. Dr Saria Khan didn't like me recommending improvements to her practices , would rather threaten that if she didn't get an apology a six year old childs emergency appointment would be cancelled . CQC and GDC informed and it's being investigated.
