Wish I could rate this GP practice zero 😡 for the past year and a half they’ve just ignored me every time and say phone another day 🤷♂️ one day I won’t be here so I’ll leave my disdain at my treatment as a warning to others 😢 do not register here or they’ll leave you to rot

I’ve been a few times as I registered here for university. Every time I’ve been its been very pleasant. Very professional and compassionate doctors and nurses that are a diverse team. The receptionists are also very friendly which is a plus. The surgery is always clean and bright. I felt the staff here took my health concerns seriously, so definitely recommended to anyone especially students. The only downside is that to book an appointment is a stressful process, if you’re not immediately added to the queue at 8:00 on the dot. But I feel this is a common problem with a lot of surgery’s.

I would highly recommend you avoid this GP Practice. The entire staff are rude And disrespectful. The do not care for dignity and will treat you as a sub human. if you have a health condition this will accuse you of being a drug seeker. if you ask for help they will tell you your eating their time. if you express concerns about a GP putting lies in your Notes they will suspend your access to your online GP Notes and act like your the problem. They will belittle you and make you feel so awful that you will no longer know who you are. they will leave you feeling as if you want to die to escape them. THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS They are monsters. i will have nothing more to do with them. i Hope their next victim is stronger than me. Shame on all of them

The most laid back GP seevice.. even if u call at 8 am in morning ( which is the time they open to take appointments)..u will not get an appointment.. if u are lucky, u will get a telephone appointment booked in for a weeks time.. On day only 5 slots are available and nothing else.. they are just fooling us.. using up all the tax payers money..would strongly recommend to avoid being registered with this GP surgery if u are concerned and serious about ur health

Though I understand getting appointment is very tough and frustrating but one thing I want to say is services at this GP are one of the best. Doctors are very helpful and right on the spot when it comes to treatment. Dr Rahul maheshwari, Dr Alexander are awesome. Treatment provided by them to my son is fantastic and I am happy. Receptionist also help me a lot in getting the revised prescription same day from the doctor due to stock outs. Overall appointment booking system should be improved and root level issues need to be sorted.
