We now had 2 kitchens installed by Halcyon, in two different houses. The first one is now 11 years old, and is still in excellent condition. The second one is absolutely stunning, and we keep receiving compliments by all guests. The materials are excellent, but that is not the main reason why we think Halcyon are outstanding: their skills of understanding one's needs, recommending alternatives and sorting out all details with attention to both practical and aesthetic aspects is second to none. Graham got exactly what we wanted, suggested clever solutions to ensure the best use of space and ease of use and sorted out all the technical aspects (without burdening us with them). He knew where to splash and where to save to obtain the maximum result with savings (providing a range of options where needed). I trusted him with the choice of appliances, as he knows them inside out - and wow. He even picked the right shades of colour and texture for the cupboards both times (and as I am an artist I admit I am extremely picky...)! He worked his magic even in rescheduling the fitting to account for the delay in the building works to a T, which was a real help. The fitters were absolutely lovely and utterly precise (and they have been working with them for over a decade). Even with a few hitches (out of their control) Halcyon managed to keep the whole process stress-free and to provide a stunning result. One can tell there is a great team behind working in sync and all to the same excellent standard. The overall experience was simply outstanding - both times. Could not be happier and recommend more warmly!

Worked with Graham and the team to design the kitchen for our new build project. They were incredibly polite, professional and helpful all the way through the process ultimately delivering an amazing kitchen. We spent a lot of time on colour matching and testing heights and how much space we needed for items. Graham came out to site multiple times to ensure the site was ready, that the installers had what they needed and that it was completed to his approved standard. After the install the team have continued to help and support us with little tweaks here and there which we needed doing through changes we wanted to make. I cannot recommend Halcyon enough. No regrets and no issues at all.

During the renovation of our Hertfordshire home in 2019, we popped in to the Wigmore St showroom and met the lovely Graham & Elie. After visiting a few kitchen showrooms, the quality of materials on offer at Halcyon meant we immediately knew this was the one. We ended up designing a kitchen/utility area and the process from start to finish was seamless. They're not only incredibly knowledgeable, but they were an absolute pleasure to work with. So much so, that we used their services again for another kitchen in 2021! Graham was always available on the phone/email and we'll always use him for any future kitchen designs. We were lucky to have our current kitchen featured in the November '23 issue of 'Kitchens, Bedrooms & Bathrooms' magazine and that's all down to the attention to detail and dedication of Graham and the whole team at Halcyon. Also, a special mention must go to Roman who fit both of our kitchens - the pride he takes in his workmanship is second to none. We thoroughly recommend Halcyon for any size or design kitchen/utility room.
