Customer service absolutely terrible. As experienced by other customers they do not answer emails and do not seem concerned with dealing with problems. Asked for a refund as item not delivered. Still waiting.Have been a customer for a few years but not anymore!

Popped in to get some gifts before leaving for Japan. The staff including the manager where outstanding and the service was magical excellent attention to detail and wonderful gift wrapped. I will be shopping here again and will spread the word to the Japanese community in London. This is a brand that they will love and service is so important to Japanese nationals. Really bad customer service. Ordered an item for Christmas and chased customer service for three weeks before I got a response. When they did reply it was to tell me it was put of stock (despite the fact the item was still listed online). Service is a shambles and not what I expected from a luxury brand

I bought a bracelet two months ago in Halcyon days in Harrods.I expected a good quality. The bracelet is faded and lost all the diamonds.I feel like the don't understand my concerns and they want to finish the transaction as soon is possible. Not the best customer service as I was expected. I won't buy again

A beautiful shop filled with high quality products. The British craftsmanship which they promote is outstanding and the store manager taught me more about the process of enamelling. Clearly the staff are passionate about not only the products but also the process behind them. I went in looking for a box and came out with not only that but some bangles for my daughters as I discovered their jewellery range which I did not know about!
