Down the same road like the 1 star review before mine unfortunately. I hate writing negative reviews but this has been a bad experience. Too many errors. Product standard clearly out runs the customer service. Whatever the size of company or issues, customer has to be kept in the loop as they're unaware. No replies for a simple enquiry on a product. Had to call and the guy I spoke to did not fill me with confidence and to get an apology out of him (the business) took awhile whilst asking for an update. I then order the product and am still waiting over 10 days on a simple order. They state shipped on the next day once order has been received in most cases or will contact customer if any delays..again predictably, no contact. Real shame and will probably have to send back (if it arrives) and order elsewhere.

Great looking products, but the customer service is TERRIBLE. I tried for week to contact them every way possible to answer questions about my order (FB, Email, Phone) and never go an answer. Finally placed my order and got radio silence for weeks until they finally messaged that there was a shipment delay. When I finally got my order there was an issue with an adapter which required a replacement... It's been a month since I requested a replacement and they've gone dark and are not responding to my emails. I don't expect immediate replies, even within 72 hours would be fine, but they take at least a week and some hounding before they reply. Will never shop here again.
