May Allah bless the Halal Food Gastronomy for providing awesome in depth reviews of the best Halal (HMC Certified) places to visit in and around the UK. They have a wonderful website with reviews and pictures. Also, I reached out to them via instagram (@halalfoodgastro) while in London and asked them where I should go, based on the type of food my family and I were craving of specific cuisines, and they came through in a major way! For Turkish they recommended Aziziye Turkish Restaurant – London (117-119 Stoke Newington Rd, Stoke Newington, London, N16 8BU) which has awesome food and a beautiful masjid upstairs. The lamb chops and the Aziziye Platter 2 were mouthwatering (all HMC!). I just wish they still had the Cag Kebab because I defo would have had that! To top everything off after the meal we (brothers and sisters) were all able to go upstairs and pray Maghrib in congregation in the beautiful Masjid. May Allah reward Halal Food Gastronomy and put Khair and Barakah in their work!

Quality website which i have found invaluable. Clearly shows which restaurants and takeaways are halal, and only lists and reviews places that use hand slaughtered non stunned zabiha chicken and meat. The reviews are also really helpful, as they give you an idea of what a restaurant is like, including the decor, and the type of cuisine. It also gives you an indication of what to order.
