AVOID THIS PLACE!! Very rude member of staff ( the girl who is not Asian) she does not know anything about customer service. Threw my money back at me saying that she is the manager and can decide whatever she wants. Her tone of voice when replying was absolutely disgusting and intimidating. I admit that i wasn't exactly polite in replying but she should have not started the argument with a customer in the fist place. You have just lost so many customers as I have also reported you to all friends and family. No wonder your rating is already low!

Sunday 26th March 2023. I had food poisoning from Hakka. I had complained to Brent council they called me this morning. And would be investigating. Check the food ratings for the places in Bang Bang you would be surprised.

I've sampled some of their vegetarian mains and they're ok, depending on your preferences. However, I recently tried the salt and pepper tofu dish on Sunday and was disappointed. It was excessively greasy, and the oil seemed to overwhelm any other flavors. Additionally, my husband experienced an upset stomach, likely due to the high oil content, which is not something we're accustomed to. To top it off, I found the dish to be overpriced.
