Very poor customer service..I have been waiting for winners medals since September. They informed me they should in by October & they will ring me. Still heard nothing but today on 9th November I phoned them & they have them back in stock . They could of notified me but didn't. Very disappointed

Had an awful experience here. The manager is rude and condescending. limited stock and when asked for a refund for a clearly different colour wig than on the box was refused even though wasn’t told previously there aren’t refunds on wigs. I hadn’t worn or even touched it. good money making idea though.
