Avoid avoid avoid. Do not recommend them stay away from them. Very bad customer service. Issue with refunds, customer service, professionalism and attitude. You will loose your money or wont get what you have been promised.

Haji tours provided good service kept us updated at all times by email and watsap. The hotel hilton convention was excellent the hotel in Madinah was advertised as 5 star but when we got their we found out it was a 3 star hotel. Apart from being 3 star hotel I would travel again with haji tours.
