    If you’re travelling a long way to visit this shop, or need any hair related item urgently, do ensure you ring them first to check they’re open. Today, their website states they’re open until 6pm, but I rang them from 1pm until 1.20pm and they don’t pick up their shop phone. Why no voicemail for customers? So be careful. I was looking forward to visiting Hairglo today and making my first large purchase but I don’t feel confident making a very possibly wasted trip. Shocking. I’ve therefore just bought all I need online, from Afro Hair Boutique, who I’ve been buying all my essential hair products from since the pandemic. My order will obviously be delayed, due to the public holiday on May 8th, but it’ll arrive by the end of next week and AHB are always 100% reliable and consistent, both in their service levels and the way the goods arrive, packed perfectly and no leaks whatsoever.

    Not happy. Ordered hair on 22nd Jan standard delivery and it's only just arrived today. Except, I actually didn't receive the order. The driver dumped my package at a post office that isn't even my nearest! I don't have the time to pick it up as I'm working during their opening hours. I was very specific with my instructions yet they weren't followed. DPD refuse to engage in communication so I don't know at this point! Edit; I would appreciate a response
