Ordered 3 tubes of Koleston as a Christmas gift last minute. Chose them as they could do next day courier shipping. They have then used the phone number required for the courier to make at least 5 sales calls since then. Requested they stop and each time say 'oh it's a new system' and try to steamroll onto the sales script anyway. Pushy follow up and rude. Have now blocked their number and emails as so aggressively intense. Also having finally used the Koleston bought, it is not coming up the same shade as I usually get from this tone. Have used this colour for 3 years and unless Wella have changed it, pretty sure this is fake because different tone and isn't covering the roots. Strongly suggest you avoid this firm.

Terrible company that doesn't care when it sells a dangerous product to a consumer. I recently bought a pair of Babyliss Pro Super Motor Hair clippers from this company and on using this product it cut my neck and drew blood. I have been shaving my head with clippers for over 12 years and never had a pair do this. On reporting to Hairdressing Supplies Lincoln and sending pictures they couldn't care less and refused to replace the product or refund the money. So here I am left £90 out of pocket for a pair of hair clippers that cut me when I use them, and somehow they think this is acceptable. Bunch of jokers - AVOID!!

NO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!If i could give this company a zero i would of. every time i ring colours are out of stock, suppose to be next day delivery if ordered by a certain time . i ordered my colour on Tuesday 21st July i have just phoned them( Friday 24th of July )to ask where my stock is and was told it wont be delivered until Monday, and it has not even been dispatched yet. ignorant lad who tried to fob me off with excuses and blaming the courier , when he had already told me it has not even gone out for delivery. asked to speak to manager, told she was in a meeting (convenient) i spend around £700.00 per month with company, they have just lost me as a customer.
