She ignored my question and refused to tell me when she might next have appointments available and put the phone down on me with an "ok bye" when I asked if they did threading there. Brilliant service from booking to finish. They had not easy job of repairing useless and extremely uneven cut from somewhere else 2 days before. They managed to even it out and make a cut I wanted all along! Yes slightly shorter but with the mess I had it's miracle they managed to leave most of my lengt intact. Very happy over all. Will be coming back for balayage soon 🤞🤞🤞 I will be as happy as I am with their cut. Very professional salon & 1st experience. Worth every penny!
