  Absolutely awful company, products, staff, location and salon! Rude staff, incompetent staff, dirty salon! Avoid at ALL costs. Complete waste of money and time. Please do your research before attending this place.

  Decided to go with this clinic for my hair system, how I wish I didn’t! It was a big step for me to proceed with a hair system and I was pleased with the initial results.. for around 10 days. The system begun to shed hair almost immediately, with every brush hair would fall out in clumps, I did message the clinic for advice and was told it would be checked at my re groom, however this never happened. The colour was dreadful, after 10 weeks the system looked completely different to my natural colour and it was extremely obvious I was wearing a system. I messaged multiple times for advice etc but instead of support I was met with a barrage of questions implying it was down to what I was doing, for example had I used sun beds which I found massively unprofessional and left me feeling as though I was doing something wrong, when in reality I was following their instructions exactly. I was brushing twice a day and using the conditioner spray they provide. When I attended my re grooms I was continued to be questioned as to what I was doing instead of any recognition it would have been down to them or the system. My concerns were ignored and brushed off every time. In total I wore the system for 72 days, it would have never lasted the 6 month guarantee that the system was sold with (yes they guaranteed 6 months at my initial consultation, this was the main selling point for me). I have now been left having to shave my head which causes extreme anxiety and depression. I cannot leave the house without a hat for the foreseeable future. I sent an email outlining my concerns and requested a partial refund for the remaining guaranteed days the system has not lasted, which I thought was fair. I have had no response to the email that was sent well over a week ago. Real shame as the systems aren’t cheap and in the current climate spending this amount of hard earned money is a big deal (in my eyes anyway). Overall, extremely unhappy with the service provided, the support, the system itself. It is advertised that you can live your normal life, but there is no way that’s possible. When having a re groom it seems the stylists want to cut the system to their specification and anything outside of this feels like an inconvenience. I have now started the process of taking the matter forward and will now be seeking a full refund and not the reduced refund I proposed. Appalling that a company can continue to post and advertise on social media and prioritise that over an unhappy paying customer. Would never recommend this place or return. I am looking forward to their response to this review as all the other 1 start reviews I have seen they have given very unprofessional responses, big red flag, massive blaming culture from the team. The matter could have been easily resolved.

  Well it's almost 2 years since I took the plunge in getting my first hair system, and I am so glad I did.. Looking back the only regret is that I didn't contact Hair Systems Manchester sooner!!! The confidence I've gained from it all is unbelievable. The staff are extremely friendly and they bend over backwards to make sure you're happy with everything, you can rest assured you're in safe hands and that you'll be treated with first class service. Thank you all again :)
