Appalling customer care and communication! Chaotic trying to get an appointment after sudden cancellation by the salon following the lovely Sophie leaving. Eventually succeeded and had a cut that needed further attention a few days later and my regrowth at present is much greater than ever before for four weeks growth. The cost £355.00! Next appointment made but I had a telephone call one week later to say my appointment in May had to be cancelled as Guiseppe was in London on that day. As I had colour and cut booked it would take too long so they would call me when it was convenient to make such a long appointment. When I commented that perhaps it should be my choice about when I had another appointment the lass on the phone said no because the length of the appointment was too great!! What an incredibly disappointing salon with an owner and hairdresser in Guiseppe who obviously has confidence way beyond ability! What a silly person I am for paying so much for so little! Very similar to Nisreens experience… Gave up on the salon after being on the phone for a few minutes and didn’t end up making an appointment. The person I spoke to was very rude and unfriendly. I’m surprised the salon gets business at all with such poor communication skills, I would have thought after seeing another review very similar that this would no occur again…. not to mention the sky high prices…

I must say, I did not experience any hair services from this salon. What I I experienced was incredibly rude customer service when I tried to book an appointment for my mum. Veronica (who advised is a co-owner of the salon) was incredibly unfriendly, rude and obnoxious. We've chosen a much more friendly salon instead. Incredibly poor communication/front of house skills.
