We have been taking our Cockapoo for the past 8 to 12 months for regular grooms. They are always friendly and are so gentle and loving towards Coco. Today she has been for her regular groom and they have done an amazing job, I know it wouldn’t have been easy as she had a few matts but they took the time to get them out so she didn’t have to be cut short, she looks amazing and we are genuinely so grateful. Can’t rate you enough!

My cat can be absolutely pain when it comes to her mattes and general grooming around sanitary and belly area like most. She has had spicy moments with the staff but in general they have managed to help her ensuring that she is clean and comfortable. There has been one hiccup when she came back quite stressed. PLEASE NOTE I do not blame the groomers and their professional manners. I think it mainly was my cat having a bad day Very relaxed environment and very easy to talk to as a very nervous and overprotective pet owner. Thank you for helping Freyja several times over.
