I do not recommend! Very rude staff that do not take their customer’s requests seriously. This is the second time I paid for full grooming and did not receive the service promised. The groomers are very careless and impolite. Do not waste your money!

Very disappointed on the services. I m sorry I have to write this, it s the 4 th time going there for full grooming . Never happened like today though, i specifically ask them to cut 3mm ( because before I used to cut myself at home with the same size ) my dog’ s hair and to wash the dog as well even if I m paying extra because it happened before where they did not to wash even though i paid for it.When I arrived after 2 hours for pick up ,dog’s hair was almost the same size , i think they cut it quickly with a scissor and definitely not washed . I still didn t receive a good reason why the dog was there for 2 hours if they literally didn t do anything. The lady at the reception is a sweet lady, but the groomers , choose their clients I guess.

UPDATE: WORST DOG GROOMERS EVER!!!! They cut my dog horribly and left my poor Yorkie shaken. They gave me complete opposite to what I said and I had to even make sure it was the same dog. Never again and they are SO rude and disrespectful.

The place had a lovely vibe and the ambiance was very relaxing and chilled however the barmaids customer service was shocking, she was rude, unhelpful, didn’t make us feel welcome and made the time unpleasant.
