Very inconsistent either very bad extensions or very good so unreliable really I had someone I know come here and it’s two different shades and looks real bad for £400 you could have done better yourself for £100 they don’t refund or let them sort it out afterwards, no customer care at all stay away if you know don’t want plastic bat ur hair.

Save your money and buy elsewhere! The worst extensions I have ever used in my life, from the day they were put in they were extremely dry and brittle and felt like barbie hair. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt as they had been in the packaging a long time and oiled them everyday and used hair masks but nothing could save them. This photo is literally DAY 2 of having them in which is shocking for £400 hair. Complained to hair kings to be told that this was just the ‘over hang’ and that they needed to be trimmed but if I were to trim the ends off then it would take them to 18 inches when I ordered 22 inches! Awful return policy as it states on the hair kings website that they can last up to 9 months with the correct after care (which I was doing religiously) but they can only be returned within 28 days. So what if someone had them and they only lasted 3 months? You wouldn’t be getting what you were promised and you wouldn’t be refunded. Biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent and after 1 month of wear I was having large clumps of hair fall out everyday. Beauty works are better than this company.
