  I suffer with alopecia & it became where I didn’t want to leave the house. My confidence and self esteem was so low something needed to be done. Debbie & her team were amazing throughout the whole process from the start- talking me through the best system to have, the colour match & the after care. Wow! I feel like a different person and that is thanks to these lovely professionals. I cannot thank them all enough!

  Debbie and team, THANK YOU. Thank you for your reassurance when I felt I may have made a wrong decision. I can not thank you and your team for everything they have done for me over the past 6 weeks. I LOVE MY HAIR. I’ve never felt so confident in my life. From the age of 16 when I started loosing my hair it knocked my confidence soooooo much you guys have brought me back to life. Chris, Eve, Jo and the rest who took care of me have gone over and beyond to make me feel like a queen the moment I walk into the salon. You have a great team here… never let them go. They speak so highly of you and I feel I know you through them. This job must be so rewarding and honestly you all should feel so proud of the great work you guys do to help people like me.   Debbie and her team are marvellous! They actually work wonders on women with all different hair issues from hair loss due to alopecia or hair loss from other medical issues to just wanting hair extensions for length and volume, there's no one else I would trust putting in my extensions & I've used others which has been a BIG mistake...never again! Keep doing a what you do your all marvellous.

  After losing all my hair through chemotherapy and radiotherapy, I resulted in wearing wigs for around a year, however once my hair started growing back my wigs were uncomfortable and didn’t fit properly. I didn’t have the confidence to go out and about wearing nothing so I was really excited when I heard about hair Inxs. We went for a free consultation and Debbie was really kind and supportive when explaining how the system worked. It was a definite yes and only a week later I had my system fitted! It was the best decision I ever made and I now go out feeling super confident showing off my new hair! I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend hair inxs as all the team are so friendly (especially Jo who fitted my system :) and it really does feel like I’ve got my hair back !

  DONT NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! AVOID!! AVOID!! I came across hair inxs website in 2021, i was looking for someone to fix my hair after bleach breakage. The damage was not bad, my hair was very thick and very long and otherwise in good condition. It was purely breakage and baby hair around the front of my hair that bothered me. What stood out on the website was their claim to not use extentions or glue and that after decades of trial and error they had developed a perfect system. I told my hairdresser of 10 years and she thought it was all rubbish. I had a very long email discussion with debbie the owner. I made her aware that i had a personality disorder and that i was really struggling with my self esteem ect. I had a consultation and almost choked when she said £850 for a full head. I was colour matched and debbie booked me in for few months time so i could afford it. Long story short, they were extentions and a really really medieval technique was used. There was glue!! A lot of glue!! I have lost over 50% of my hair, my once 20 inch hair is now about 4 inches long!!! I have tension alopecia and folical damage. I was told i was a liar, it was my fault, i was contradicting myself ect ect ect. Debbie is a con, i see from the last review which rings so many alarms because it was same treatment that i had, that debbie is so unprofessional and would rather discuss someones money problems then their inadequate service, so i fully expect to be abused for outting her too.

  I’ve been going to Hair In XS overall for over 20 years. I got a brand new hair loss solutions system in September last year fitted by the owner Debbie Edwards. Immediately I noticed there was hair coming out so I went back. 4 times in total. I wasn’t offered a replacement despite requesting that being told it could be fixed. It wasn’t fixed it got consistently worse until a large bald patch appeared. After just a few weeks I requested a refund and got told literally where to go by the owner. She called me a liar saying I didn’t book in for any tighten. I did. She called me herself to cancel the appointment. After a lot of back and forth she offered me half my money back. But only if I went to the salon she’d remove the entire system and I’d walk out with nothing. That really upset me. I recently asked for just £300 after having paid £1000 and she refused. She advertises and clearly states on her website that the systems are guaranteed for a minimum of a year. Needless to say I don’t go back to Hair In XS anymore I go to a former employee of hers who’s branched out on her own. She’s absolutely brilliant and offers a far superior service and quality of hair. Debbie has a real issue with the fact that I’m now going elsewhere especially to her former colleague. She attempted several times to drag me into her issues with the lady I now go to. That’s a no no..business owners should never involve clients in issues with staff. She also accused me of damaging the system myself. I took photos of the bald patch and sent them to her. I ended up feeling absolutely no trust in her or the quality of the hair systems whatsoever. She’s been reported to Trading Standards as I was advised that if attempts to repair are unsuccessful a refund should be issued as per Consumer Act. Anyone considering going to Hair In Xs I would strongly urge you not to. She even demanded more money from me the system having cost her £800. I paid £1000 she demanded another £800 on top which would mean a profit of £1000 for her. For a clearly faulty system. I’m disgusted upset and very stressed as the system is getting worse. No matter what I proposed she refused.

  Amazing salon who are very professional and caring. My daughter visited to have a wig fitted as she had lost her hair to radiotherapy and the team were fantastic with her. Very patient, understanding and kind. Thankyou for making her feel so special and understanding how emotional this was for all of us x
