First and foremost Anouska is a kind soul and is honest and will want the best for you in terms of the choices you want to make and will guide you to make the correct decision as in my opinion she knows best as this is what she does! I can’t recommend anyone but Anouska to do the job there is no other choice so beautifully done and the most natural look as this is what you need so it’s not apparent you’ve had anything done and that’s the magic she has to be able to do this Changed my life and helped me make all the correct decisions, cannot thank her enough!!!

  Was very impressed with the time given to me trying to get the results I wanted. The pigment didn’t seem to want to stay with me but Anouska gave me lots of extra sessions free of charge.   I booked in with Anouska for HPT scalp micropigmentation. Upon the initial consultation I noticed she is very straight talking and will give you the honest truth about what can be achieved. All I'll say is that Anouska knows her stuff! Plus she is so friendly that it was like having a mate carry out your treatment, except your mate is unbelievably talented and passionate about their work. The results achieved were nothing short of astonishing, plus Anouska is definitely one of the more colourful surgeons I've met, so each session is never boring! Haha. I will also point out how patient and understanding she is with different situations as I had to leave about a fortnight between treatments and I needed to extend to about 4 or 5 treatments in total due to a scalp condition I have and needed longer recovery time. But Anouska was great with all of it and never charged me any more than what my initial price was. Before this turns into a book, all I'll say is that Anouska is the best in her field and a certifiable genius, plus she's a very nice lady too. I thoroughly recommend her. *UPDATE* Went back for my 'top up' appointment in Summer 2022, pretty much the same lovely experience as before (see above). My pigmentation lasted very well, but it's still advisable to go every year for maintenance if you want to keep it cost effective. Very happy with my top up, but I knew I would be anyway. Thanks again, Anouska! 😊

  Anouska does brilliant to manage expectations and her knowledge is second to none. Always on hand to answer any questions or concerns you may have. The procedure itself is not too bad with regards to pain, pretty similar to a body tattoo. If you're thinking about having HPT scalp micropigmentation, then Anouska is who you want to go and see, don't hesitate to contact her, you won't regret it, i would definitely recommend.

  Anouska‘s expertise and personal touch makes all the difference. After searching a long time, and being very sceptical I decided to trust Anouska. Her work covering up, and blending in the scars on the back of my head has been excellent. It hasn’t been easy as scar tissue is reacts unpredictably, but Anouska took a step by step approach and after just a few sessions we had excellent results. After the first 2 sessions the results were great, but then faded with time (due to scar tissue) but Anouska didn’t give up and insisted she can improve the result. I cannot recommend Anouska enough! Thanks!!

  I’d been losing hair through male pattern baldness since my mid-40’s. It wasn’t a major issue, but I was looking for something to ease the transition through my 50’s and 60’s, when I felt I could embrace my ‘chrome-dome’ with style. I’d looked at hair transplant clinics from London to Istanbul, but it didn’t feel right: too drastic for my stage of life, and, despite glowing testimonials, I wasn’t convinced. I came across HPT Scalp micropigmentation when my youngest daughter was watching Married at First Sight – Australia, and one of the male contestants ran a clinic in Sydney. My daughter called me to say how good the guy looked for his age. I watched the programme and thought this was the perfect solution. I researched clinics in extensively. Whilst they all had glowing testimonials and convincing head shots, there was nothing really to distinguish one from the other. The name Anouska Cassano kept cropping up, often in association with testimonials and for remedial work, when other programmes had failed. I’d visited a couple of clinics, and was close to making a decision, but decided to call Anouska anyway. I was blown away by her commitment, knowledge and passion and went to Hair Ink. After a 30-minute meeting with youngest daughter in tow, we decided Anouska was the perfect solution. Hair Ink was little more expensive than the other clinics, but as I'd heard such great things about Anouska, and I didn’t want to take any risks, I decided her level of expertise was worth the difference. 18 months later, it was definitely the right decision. Anouska’s skill, expertise and talent is breath-taking, and her commitment simply amazing. The programme isn’t finished until she is happy with the outcome and even now, after 3 lengthy sessions, Anouska wants to see me one more time. Personally, I was happy after the first or second session, but the difference she has made is astounding. The treatment doesn’t hurt and the fact that Anouska is certifiably mad helps the time pass quickly. She is a constant stream of stories, anecdotes, jokes and life experiences that constantly entertain. How she manages to keep up the narratives whilst exhibiting such skill and concentration is beyond me, but a testimony to her skill, enthusiasm, energy and high-octane efficiency. I recommended Anouska to a friend's husband, in his early 40’s and already with a noticeable bald patch. He decided to go somewhere local and cheaper. He was initially delighted with the results and told me that I’d wasted my money. 10 months later, his SMP treatment has gone a distinct shade of blue, and he’s currently threatening legal action against the clinic. Me, I’m still delighted with the results.

  So far so good, 2nd session done, felt well taken care of and im enjoying the results so far. Definitely recommend. Had my beard filled in so was definitely nervous but I'm really enjoying the results so far. Anouska is definitely very knowledgeable. Will provide an update when its all finished including comparison photos as there is a limited amount of beard micro pigmentation before and afters out there if. Anyone wants advice feel free to email me. Sean Updated review- Yeah Im really happy with the result. It was annoying me that my hair transplant partially failed. I needed too much product for myself to like it but getting another hair transplant after a relatively big one considering I would like to leave some for the top of my head and also for the back of my head so I was caught in a dilemma. Getting the SMP too dark would have ruined everything so despite clearly wanting to be in a rush I felt like Anouska took her time with it because she truly cared about getting it right. I can say that I dont want surgery now which has saved me a lot of stress time and money. So yeah I would definitely recommend hair ink anouska really cares for her clients and for those individuals who are really stressed about their appearance and worried about making it worse. You can trust Anouska. 10/10 Thought I would give an updated review. Just amazing from anouska in the sense of how she went as dark as she would be comfortable with but as I have my facial hair long it be important to not go too dark as that would look pretty stupid so therefore there is clear skill and boldness from her side there which I am very impressed by. I would say with facial pigmentation you do have to go twice a year to keep it the way you like it. But In terms of my self esteem when it is at that level of darkness it makes a massive difference to me as my facial hair looks incredible. Sean

I went to my appointment with a clear idea of what I wanted but Anouska pointed me in the right direction and wouldn’t do anything that would look out of place despite my persistence. After taking her advice, I couldn’t be more happy with the result and would recommend her to anyone who wanted treatment without hesitation. 10/10 from me - thank you

  I have now finished my treatment at hair ink and I can honestly say it looks in my opinion "brilliant". As I have had several ht's it left some scaring and it took anouska longer to complete the procedure. I won't lie where the scaring was it hurt at bit but doable, where there was no scaring it hardly hurt at all. What I wanted from hair ink was. Density, A right hair colour. A natural look. And I got all this.i would definitely recommend recommend hair ink.which is REALLY anouska.
