Came into the salon wanting to start my blonde process, I understand sometimes this takes time however I know my hair take 2 bleaches to turn to a light blonde without damage!! After 4 hours in the salon, they bleached my hair (it was lightening like I knew it would) olaplaex treatment I apparently needed, my blonde hair was then treated with a brown toner?! And I left the salon brunette not even an ounce of blonde or ginger colours, I came out with the same colour hair I came in with and was charged £200. Disgusted.

Unfortunately my experience with the salon wasn’t as good. I had keratin bond fitted the first time, i tough from the beginning they felt really tight and bothered my scalp, when called they said is normal. I did go the second time to get the re-fitted and only when i got to touch my hai at the end I realised i was missing so much of them! The extension were the same so same quantity fitted but apparently lot of mine did break because the fitting was miserable. The practitioner didn’t even mention that maybe my hair wasn’t suitable pr even told me i had gabs, nothing. The owner at the end, which was my practitioner twice overcharged the treatment as it was the same amount i’ve paid in the beginning including the extensions, so why was the same? Didn’t have a good experience unfortunately, wouldn’t go back.
