At first I was very happy to have found Krystal on Google as I decided to have my hair extensions done before Christmas at the last minute and all salons were fully booked. I found it very convenient that she said she was mobile and would come to me and I found her price reasonable. But on reflection I wish I’d waited and gone to a salon and paid a lot more in return for professional work. It’s been two days since I’ve had my extensions done and they’re already falling out. There are bits at the back of my head were she has not even attached any extensions to. (Although I gave her 300 strands of remy hair to work with ). Not to mention she showed up an hour late and took 6.5 hrs to finish the job. VERY INCONVENIENT. Now I have to pay someone to remove these badly done hair extensions.

Hi krystal following this consultation today at tony and guys in Bromley the most respected hairdressers they have informed me was removing my hair extensions that they should have never been applied with glue and their comment was that the hair was of an inferior quality there advise to me was to demand a refund of £360 of the money paid to you and I be interested to hear your comments regarding the refund before I take matters any further Tracey
