I’ve had my ultra tips done with Heather this year and I’m so impressed with them and with Heather’s expertise!! I was so anxious about having weighty extensions as I have such fine hair, she advised me on the finest tip options and using only as many as we needed to get the desired length, instead of bombarding my head with hair that my natural hair couldn’t hold. The quality of the hair is fantastic, and as a blonde I was worried the extensions would like tired and dried out, they’re superb! She’s so sweet and so reassuring and has helped me with every question I’ve had for after care and washing etc. SHES INCREDIBLE! Cannot wait until I can have my refit done after lockdown is over.
