So horrible to our 4yr old. Didn’t see Pete but the man at the top. He didn’t even talk to our son and he kept moving his head back with force. Our son sits ok for a 4 yr old, likes to pull faces in the mirror etc, I know he’s not there to entertain kids but he could of at least been nice to him. Our normal barber was ill so we went here after a recommendation but won’t be going back again.

Took my nearly 4 year old here today and with all the kids going back to school we expected a Queue, my boy is petrified of hairdressers, but after queue went down he got used to the clippers noise n calmed a little. When it was time for him to be in the seat he had a meltdown but the barber (dark hair lady sorry didnt get her name) was so good with him and done a good cut regardless of his meltdown and kept reassuring him.
