    I have owned this hair for about 2 months now. I got it installed by Shanay, and I must say that her service was exceptional. She was really friendly, made me feel very comfortable, and of course, the wig looked amazing after being installed. Regarding the quality of the wig itself, it's soft, feels and looks good, doesn't tangle, with minimal to zero shedding when washed. If I am to point out any issue I noticed, it'll be that my closure (just the closure and not the bundles) has noticeable split ends, so does not have that extreme even/silky look. However, applying hair moose and using a good straightener makes it look better. Overall, great service!
