I have to start by saying that Grace is so gentle and professional! I was definitely difficult during the scheduling process but she was patient and accommodated me where necessary. She also made me laugh several times during the appointment and was kind when I nodded off as she braided. Unfortuntely, though, when my appointment was over, I realized that my hair wasn’t parted in the middle, which was a tenet of the style I was going for. The quality of the braids are wonderful, but the off-center part will make it difficult to wear down without accessorizing to distract from the placement. It’s wouldn’t have been an “easy” fix because half of my braids would have to be removed and I couldn’t tell what the part looked like until the end of the appointment. I do love the braids though and her speed was phenomenal! Service: Braids
