I went in for a perm and it didn’t work so well because of my rather fine hair – I came back and they fit me in right away to fix it up. All the staff here are just lovely too! When a woman fell over in the street outside they did everything they could to help. Wonderful people, wonderful shop.

I went to Hair by Fairy during my recent visit to London for a touch up of my roots and hair trim. Since I saw a lot of good reviews here and on insta, I went in. The hair color was good, the staff is pretty friendly. My haircut was not good though. I live in Germany and am used to having good quality hair cuts where the hair dresser spends time with my hair and gives a finished look. I had a feeling in this salon that they were in a hurry and the hair cut was maybe one of my least favorite ones till date. I know the hair will grow back and I should not be so vain about it, but it took me a year to grow it and now I will have to wait a long time for the weird layers to grow back. The brushes dint look clean either. I never leave an average review but I guess I am very emotional about my hair and would not recommend this place for a hair cut. Service: Hairstyling
