I had an appointment booked for today as it is my birthday and I wanted a nice blow dry with ends flickering, very elegant and simple with the brush. I had an appointment at 3:15 minutes, arrived there and the ladies were ignoring me until 3:30 and the hairstylist had another girl on the chair and she seemed like she didn’t knew that I am next. Finally after getting in the chair at 15:40 she did curl my hair and the curls were very tight and she did my finge like I was electrocuted. Nice hairstylist but she lacked basic skills in hairstyling…so disappointed. Got home and washed my hair after paying 46£ for a horrible blowdry. I had another appointment 3 years ago when I requested a straight cut like and I had a wonky one… I thought this time I am going for a blow dry so will be okay. As I said very disappointed. Lots of people that went there said that it’s only the brand of this salon, the hairdresser are very inexperienced Service: Blowdry

I have gone there twice and both the times I felt not welcomed. People in the front desk were quite rude and even booking for an appointment felt like they can’t be bothered. Pathetic customer service!

Visited for the first time today and had my hair done by Jo. Everything from start to finish was excellent. Jo was highly knowledgeable/super friendly and I love my cut and colour.
