Thank you to brother Sham the barber that came out specially to cut my son’s hair in birmingham childrens hospital. This is the second time I had my sons hair cut from this place and both times they sent out barbers all the way to the hospital as my son is unable to go to public places due to his condition and the owner/manager was very understanding of this reason and sent out someone same day to me. Also they didn’t even charge me even though I was willing to pay but they wouldn’t take money because of my son being in hospital. They are very thoughtful and all staff are so polite and I really appreciate them so much need more good hearted people like them. I highly highly recommend them. They did an amazing job and cut my son’s hair really nicely he loved it and is normally fussy about his hair cuts. All the nurses kept complimenting how good his haircut was too. Thank you again! i'm surprised some contributors down-vote Short Cutz. I've been goin' here years... friendly, personal service : not overpriced like many other city centre barbers. there can be issues with less experienced barbers, and (some) of the clientele can be a "mixed bag", but that's not the owners fault, per se. (as hairstylists go these days, their service is good value for money). Edit: wonderful barber here (i think he's called Kevin) gentle and attentive, listened carefully to my requirements, warm-hearted owners (5 stars)!

I came into this establishment today with high hopes after they cut my hair nicely another time. I came here with my friend and to be honest, he received a very good haircut which he was happy with. Now listen, I don’t leave reviews at all so for me to even write this shows how bad the haircut was. My hair was absolutely ruined. I asked 3 times for “a little tiny bit off the top” and the barber decided to not even measure the length and asking before cutting, he just proceeded to hack at my hair with scissors, with the finishing touch of cutting my fringe in a straight line, leaving a “bowl cut” appearance. It was genuinely heart breaking to see my barber just cut off so much hair after I asked for a “tiny bit” off the top. To be honest, the skinfade was good, however it got completely ruined by the top. If I can attach a photo I will sacrifice my dignity to show you how much pain I am currently in. I look like I just came out of the young offenders film. Service: Long haircut
