Visited yesterday. Arrived at 1300 for 1314 tee time, Pro shop closed so unable to pick up a card. 1st hole not easy to find, had to ask twice. Course not in great condition, greens very poor even for the time of year. (I play elsewhere 2x per week). Greenkeepers had thoughtfully set three bonfires to allow smoke to waft over a lot of the course. This was coupled with random artillery fire from a nearby field. I play off 11 and shot 81 including one birdie on the 15th, by far the best hole on the course. On the plus side this course would be ideal for a beginner as it is almost impossible to lose a ball and the pace of play was very good, I got round in 2hrs 35mins. 100% I will not be returning
