Hailstone Travel left their bus (registration HT17 BUS) hanging over driveway today for several hours whilst they waited for a 3pm job. Inconsiderate parking and disinterested management when contacted. Try turning left out of here into road - unsafe due to this poorly parked bus.

Honestly, the best company around for minibus/coach hire. got let down by a cowboy firm called taxi code and after calling around at 10pm trying to organise an alternative Hailstone came to our rescue despite their drivers finishing for the evening. Thank you ever so much it is greatly appreciated and i will be using Hailstone going forward. ☺️

We used Hailstone Travel for our wedding to transport our guests between the ceremony and reception venues. We had to move our wedding twice because of COVID-19, and the team was very professional and helpful. The route between the two venues was down narrow country roads, and there was a road closure on the day of the wedding, but the drivers were excellent, and everything went seamlessly. Several guests came up to us to tell us how great the minibus drivers had been. I would definitely use Hailstone Travel again and recommend them.
