Booked 3 kids for high ropes on Sunday at a cost of over £50. It took 30 minutes for the large group to get harnessed and briefed. They got round the course once in 10 minutes, before being told to head down the stairs again. Another large group was booked to start 15 min after them. The manger blamed short staffing and oversized groups, and gave me an email address for the council. A complete rip off, with other unhappy parents complaining too. And lots of very disappointed kids. Avoid avoid avoid.

The actual high ropes course is great, my son enjoyed it but we had booked a session for an hour and a half, he completed 2 laps of the course in under half an hour and was told his time was up. It wasn’t busy yet he only received a third of his allotted time. Wouldn’t go again as it’s expensive for a 20-25 minute activity.

My mum arrived with 3 children yesterday 1 for low ropes and 2 for the High, we have been here several times before and always had 2 loops round the course. My niece managed the low ropes twice but the bigger 2 got told they could only go round once... Extremely disappointed and what an expensive let down for 20mins of high ropes. For the price difference the better value for money is Heaton parks. My mum treats the kids once a week and as you can appreciate this is and expensive treat for 3 kids and 1 lap of the course.
