Highly recommended. I have used Haigs Drains for a few years now (commercial and domestic) and Tom and Alex have been fantastic. Very knowledgeable and its obvious they take pride in their work. They have all the tech and use CCTV to provide detailed reports if necessary. They are sought after and busy but have always been available. A great family run business.

Called and tried to book in drain investigation work, was told they would come back to me with a specific time but would attend in the next 3 days, didn’t respond or attend, tried calling and texting but they don’t seem interested in responding even to say can’t make it. Bit disappointing being let down and poor customer service.

I can't recommend this company highly enough. I engaged them to carry out work for my my elderly parents which I had to sort out from 150 miles away and they were excellent from day 1 keeping me informed, turning up on time, being respectful and doing the work they quoted to do. This was evidenced with a CCTV survey and photos of the works completed and backed up with a warranty. Some of the quoted work wasn't necessary in the end and this wasn't charged for but I wouldn't have known as it was underground but they told me this immediately. A refreshing change to work with an honest, reliable, respectful and trustworthy company

He was polite, professional and a delight to have around. A brilliant, tidy job and we would highly recommend Haig's drains.
