Considering Saab’s are no longer made, and if you’re in the market for buying one, they will almost certainly be an older car. But Hagstrom Saab took their time to ensure that my 1999 9-3 was fastidiously prepared, before I took delivery last weekend. And to use Ash’s words, “it’s easier to tell you what we didn’t replace” such was their attention to detail in preparing the car for collection. A faultless 200 mile journey home saw the car drive effortlessly and without fault. I can honestly say I am over the moon with this car. And considering the age of the car, I can’t praise Hagstrom Saab highly enough. Let them do their thing - it might take a bit longer - but they really looked into every detail of my car before they were content to hand me the keys. You won’t be disappointed.

Hagstrom Saab get a much deserved 5 stars from me. I wouldn't ordinarily have bought a vehicle online before viewing it. However I was confident that I would receive world class customer service and workmanship from Hagstrom Saab, and so that's exactly what I did. Hagstrom Saab did not disappoint and I continue to enjoy my 9-3 TID Sport wagon at every opportunity. Saab is alive and well at Hagstrom Saab. It's true that you don't know how good a business really is until there is an issue...I bought a 9-3 Sportwagon form Hagstrom just before Christmas 2022. After I got the car home it quickly developed a couple of issues which left it un-driveable, as I use my car for work every day this was a big problem for me. Hagstrom collected the car from my home in Kent, fixed all of the issues within the week and then had it delivered back to my door, covering both journeys on the recovery truck themselves. I'm really happy with the car and super happy with the service that I've received from Hagstrom Saab.

I part-exchanged my beautiful TTid diesel estate( but not Ulez compliant) for a sleek all black convertible (my 3rd) petrol version, which is compliant. The long journey up from SE London to Norwich was well worth it. I was overwhelmed by the number of Saabs in the yard which was packed. There were few staff around but I was grateful that they'd prepared the car earlier than expected for me. Not having viewed the car in advance up close and personal I depended on Hagstrom's good reputation and my pre-sale experience and I was not disappointed. The car looked great. OK, it did cost more than some I'd seen on line but so far I'm happy to have bought such a well presented, prepared car and I drove off confident with my choice. I would highly recommend Hagstrom to anyone looking for a great Saab!
