Purchased a DRU log burner from Hagley Stoves a while ago. Sean was always on hand to offer free friendly advice and is always "Customer First"! I say this as we had a number of issues with the original burner that was fitted, NONE of them being the fault of Hagley Stoves but Sean stuck by us, fought the manufacturer on our behalf and resolved the issue at his own expense to ensure both a happy customer as well as our safety. Unfortunately I can't say the same for DRU stoves as a manufacturer but I would highly recommend Hagley Stoves and if you are looking to purchase a DRU stove, talk to Sean, he knows what he's talking about and will advise on the correct one for your requirements. Thanks Sean and sorry it took me so long to write a review.
