This was the most unpleasant experience, I actually left with a headache and my Tesla was cleaned poorly. The team was disorganised and they were shouting at each other because my car was not jet washed. Half the team were very good, but the the other half of the team who were washing the cars were rushing and not doing a good job. I paid £9 for a car wash and dry. my car is a Tesla Model 3, this is NOT a large car. A large car is an SUV or people carrier. So you also charged me £9 instead of £8. This is really bad business and you should be embarrassed. Regardless, for £9, I expected the car to be jet washed and to be cleaned properly. The team acknowledged that they had not jet washed the car, and they should have washed the car again and done a proper job. But they didn’t, they used sprays to wipe areas that were missed. They knew they didn’t wash the car properly, but the least they could have done is wash it again, they didn’t do that. I won’t be using this hand car wash again, and I will not be coming back as you had the opportunity to wash the car again at the time, which you did not.

I regularly visit this car wash as they generally do a good job. I own a GLA Mercedes and have always paid for a medium car ( because it’s a small to medium vehicle ) Today they decided to charge me for a large vehicle, I was in the queue and didn’t want to leave but feel very disappointed about this . My car hasn’t grown in size for you to now charge me for a large vehicle . I don’t want to go to a car wash where I have to haggle about size of my car and will sadly have to look elsewhere .

Excellent service at this car wash! Your car will come out spotless. The owner himself pays a lot of attention to detail. Before letting my car go, he ensured that some dirt marks on the wheels were removed before I left which was missed in the wash. Thoroughly impressive!
