The surroundings are very nice, however after getting our white cat home it became clear she had not had clean litter as her paws and back legs were stained yellow. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK !!!

My two cats hadn't been in a cattery before as normally a family member would have them. Due to my wedding being abroad I had no option but to place them in a cattery as all family members were with me. Julie and the team were amazing and I felt the minute I viewed the place that my cats would be safe. Upon my return I was so worried the cats would be distant and weird around me but they weren't. They were happy and relaxed and it made me feel better knowing they were happy again! so please trust Hagley Cattery wouldn't trust anyone else and would be using again! :)

Cattery is not interested in supporting new business. Was very difficult when asked to visit the facilities. Covid cited as a reason however we are now 2 years on and this is not a sufficient excuse. Upon pushing to visit and meeting their requirements it was then explained they did not have availability on the dates needed - weird coincidence!? I think not.

A lovely cattery with beautiful surroundings. Julie is so nice. Put my 19 year old cat Demi in there while I went on holiday abroad for a month, but unfortunately she became very ill and Julie had to call my daughters. She cuddled her till my daughters came which I am eternally grateful for. She in the business for love. If I have another cat I will definitely put her here. She had to be PTS. Xx
