How I look to you
What's with the staff's awful attitude? Sadly, I won't be returning here, no matter how good the coffee. I witnessed the person in front of me being mistakenly overcharged by £20+ and the barista then indignantly saying they have a strictly no refund policy on site – even though it was her mistake. The manager was equally as dismissive and said her hands were tied, albeit she strongly disagreed with company policy. Outrageous!

This perfectly located coffee bar once basted excellent coffee and charming service; however, those days seem to be well and truly over. The last time I visited, the person serving me grossly overcharged me by mistake and, after I paid, informed me – without apology – that Hagen is unable to process refunds on site. I, therefore, will not return.

This used to be great spot with lovely coffee; however, their no-refund policy has left a sour taste in my mouth and I won't be returning – as the last time we visited, our server over charged us and added several items to our order by mistake; which she said she was unable to refund, even though it was her error.
