Lovely building. Interesting art collection. Just put off by mark’s self adoration. The proof is in the wall full of photographs of himself. Comes across as quite pompous. He is also very good at getting negative reviews removed from various sites.

Wow what a fantastic B&B. We stayed in the Indian Room and it was absolutely gorgeous. Lovely comfy bed, fabulous bathroom with huge bath and excellent shower. Mark, the owner, could not do enough for us. He was so friendly and we had a great laugh with him. Breakfast was lovely and just enough to start the day. Would highly recommend and we will be returning.

Wow!! What a place! This is no ordinary B&B. It's like spending the night in an amazing museum with features of great interest wherever you look, not to mention the amazing restoration history of this place! Mark and his sister were very friendly and the breakfast was gorgeous. A five minute walk into Harrogate Town so perfectly located for shops and of course, the amazing Betty's tea rooms! You need to stay to appreciate this place as the pictures don't do it full justice.
