Wonderful kennels and wonderful staff looked after my Diezel for 9 days ,he had not been away from us in 4 years so this was his first time in Hadrian pet Hotel he is a very anxious dog ,but all our worries where put to rest with the wonderful way they looked after him ,highly recommend them and thank you all so much xx

If you have any love for your pets DON'T leave them here!!! The attitude and service is terrible along with hidden charges that apparently are up to the customer to ask about not for them to tell you. Simple instructions not followed, complain and your threatened with the police. the staff agree that the place overcharges customers. Altogether terrible place and just hope my dog forgives me.

Our greyhound has just come home looking like she has thoroughly enjoyed her few days at Hadrian Pet Hotel. Its the latest in more than 16 years of using this kennels for successive dogs. Great staff, good surroundings and the dogs are well looked after. All you could wish for! Well done. Will be booking for 2 upcoming breaks soon.

The wee man only went for 3 days. He was his usual zany self when I went to get him, so, that means he had a great time. Never used a kennel before but really had to this time. The team were able to get him in at reasonably short notice which was nice. It was really reasonably priced, everything was explained properly and I actually really felt I could rest assured knowing he was going to be looked after. Plenty of helpful staff and a really nice location. You’ll always find a reason not to leave your puppy with someone else, but to be honest Hadrian Pet Hotel really deserves its name! I’ll definitely been booking the wee man in again. Thank you for looking after him, so well.

I was a nervous wreck leaving my golden Winston here for the first time when his usual boarding service was unable to take him but he was so well looked after and had a whale of a time. The staff were really understanding and kind and happy to post videos and pictures of him playing so I could see he was doing fine. Wouldn’t think twice about using Hadrian again. Thank you for looking after my boy!
