James a really lovely person came immediately when another contractor left my bedroom window outside shutter almost completely closed down with me unable to open the window for either a fire escape or air or light. My attempts to contact by phone text or email had left me in a panicky state unable to sleep and although James wasn’t experienced with Velux windows and shutters he gave me immediate assurance that he would help me. He even phoned when he was almost at my home to let me know he would be with me soon. I cannot overstate that this kind man deserves all the accolades going especially as he refused to take any money even for his petrol. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
