Resident living behind the back of the allotment and fed up of them using our back access road it’s private for residents only we have gates on all the entrances to keep the back of our houses secure but the allotment has gates that illegally enter our private access road after loads of calls and letters to my local MP Siobhain McDonagh Going back and forth never getting anywhere the allotment users have keys to our Gates which they shouldn’t have using our back road as a shortcut or in some cases using it to go the long way round to access the allotments we have asked for the illegal gates to be removed or permanently disabled as the council does not take any responsibility for our back way as it is private well then the same should apply for there illegal access. But they keep saying they need to be there for the elderly if there fit enough to put holes in the ground there healthy enough to walk around to the official entrance there is no short cut to the Co op so that’s just nonsense also one of the allotment users attacked me so it has to come to a end now. You want the gates to remain the council needs to give us funding for the upkeep of the back of our houses replacing the locks of our gates every 2 years costing £120 each a lock and we have 5 of them providing insurance for the access road I have included photos of the illegal gates in our access road. I have included three photos of the illegal gates

In need of a lot repair work to site fences are falling apart there an illegal gate that enters a private access road for the houses behind only don’t know why it’s there but people seem to use it when they shouldn’t. There is only one entrance and it’s at the end of Hadley Road. All the other gates you can get done for trespass.
